2024 AGM will be Tuesday, June 11th at 7pm, in Room 3213 in the UG Athletic Centre. All are welcome! More information, including Board Nomination forms, by-law amendment forms, agenda, etc. will be posted in the coming days.
If you are a voting member but cannot attend the meeting either in-person or virtually, you may submit a
Proxy Form giving another member your voting rights. Please send the completed form at least 24 hours before the AGM.
